Descriptions & Requirements

The Facilities Security Manager reports to the Enterprise Security Department Manager and is responsible for the overall management of security guard operations in all facilities Company wide. This includes direct Supervision of the Southern California Security Guards, and overseeing several remote Security Supervisors. Responsibilities include the licensing, training and compliance for guard programs in all locations as well as the direct supervision of guard supervisors and some security guards. Other responsibilities include scheduling and deployment of guard teams and oversite over the policies and procedures related to facility security.

General Responsibilities

  • State licensing compliance in all In-N-Out facility locations
  • Schedule and deploy guard teams under their supervision
  • Conduct training and ensure training compliance and updates for guards
  • Mentor, develop and evaluate all direct report associates
  • Responsible for hiring and other personnel related responsibilities
  • Provide overall direction and ensure the highest quality security program
  • Assist and advise Enterprise Security Department Manager as needed
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings with outlying facility personnel

Work Schedule + Benefits

  • Part-time position, (Exempt)
  • Compensation Range: $110k - $148k

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, with overtime as needed
  • Work related travel to in Ca and out of state sites; required
  • Weekend and evenings availability required

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • 10 years of law enforcement or security experience
  • 5 years of supervision and management of security personnel
  • Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills
